Hi all, I (F27) used to love love various fiction books when I was younger but stopped reading completely. I have tried picking up books in the last year but struggled to patiently stay and read (attempted books in the last year, the handmaid’s tale, the poppy war, the psychology of money). I get distracted with my environment or thoughts. So going on a “do nothing” type of vacation soon, maybe this is the moment to get back into reading (fingers crossed).
Would anybody be able to suggest a book that has an interesting world and characters, maybe a fantasy thriller? Most importantly, easy to read and captivating. I was thinking to take poppy war with me but want something a bit less violent/grim.
