Looking for books without death

Hello,
I recently got back into reading but I am struggling with finding books I would enjoy. I struggle with death anxiety especially stroke, sudden death & heart attacks.
I would love to find some books that don’t have either of those or any deaths that are left very vague. I also don’t want books that talk about grief a lot.

I mostly enjoy young adult & romance books but I also like fantasy. I know a lot of fantasy books have wars/fights but I am mostly okay with those as long as they are not one of the things I mentioned at the beginning.
