Suggest me self improvement books!

I loved “Man’s search for meaning” by Viktor Frankl also loved Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. I’m not really into fiction (although I love Dune) and am mostly focused on practical books that can teach me something which I can apply to my life with immediate effect or just change my perspective about life!
