I especially want to read about the “authentic” MLK Jr and his real thoughts and ideas on various issues, not the “safe” MLK Jr who many people try and overly simplify, watering down his complex views to try and contort him to fit their agenda.
My current contenders are his own book “Why We Can’t Wait.” “The Radical King.” And Taylor Branch’s “Parting The Waters.”
