Hello, i’m changing my life around and would like some book suggestions about the following subjects:
-healthy food (i’m sporting alot so maybe food books for “athletes”) i’m not An athlete but i like to learn from the best 😉
– sleep improvement
– how to be better socially, im not much of a talker (don’t know what to say to People)
– other suggestions to life/self improvement..

Etiquette books are great if you feel unsure or awkward in social settings. The Emily Post foundation is kind of the most basic go to and have multiple books.
