Hi! I’m looking for some neuroscience/evidence based self help books that focus on habits, neuroscience of dopamine and it’s role in addictive behaviors and just over ‘brain reset/rewiring’. I’m really in search of a book written by PhD, MD, etc that is more science heavy to help me break some bad habits with food, overall discipline, and brain health. Any recommendations appreciated!
