I tend to cry too fast, I am so fragile mentally and I want to read a book about how to be stronger psychologically.
I know that Meditations is a classic, however, I read other very popular books like Atomic Habits and The art of not giving a fuck. But it felt like a scam, every advice there was so obvious.. that’s why I tend to avoid popular books now.
Fiction can also be suggested, the media piece that made me already very strong is (My Hero academia) and it is a fiction show. So I think that it can also work with books.
