Looking for fiction that centers around a woman with witchy vibes but without the story centering around witchcraft itself, if that makes sense?
qualities like..a woman who lives in the forest, and/or is in touch with nature and makes her own lotions and potions, prefers the company of animals, is a little strange and reclusive etc etc
Would The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna fit? The main character is a witch, but the story isn’t really about witchcraft.

Thornyhold by Mary Stewart. Older book, but one of my favourites. Got me into herb gardening and collecting antique herbals as a teenager and still doing both 40 years later!
