Discipline, Mindset, Perspective, Postive thinking etc! by crisvphotography Related: Please suggest a highly readable book on the evolution of language and linguistics. I know it’s very specific but I want to know how languages are evolved. I already read Sapiens. Thank you Suggest me a book that deeply disturbs or scares you. Books to read multiple times? Looking for A Not-Space-Opera Jack Reacher type protagonist?
Wooster182 on April 12, 2024 1:37 am If you’re a religious person, Run for God by Mitchell Harris is a good book. It prepares you for a 5k while doing a devotional before each run. This is a memoir more than a self help but I was really moved by Shrill by Lindy West. Really changed my perspective on weight and self perception. The Power of Regret by Daniel Pink – self improvement based on data. Another memoir / ethics book: Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. Unreasonable Hospitality – I thought this was a good workplace book. I have not read any books by Chester Karass but I have taken his negotiation training so I’d say his books are worth it.
