I have a kind of specific idea of the kind of mystery I want. Think of Inherent Vice by Pynchon or the movie Under The Silver Lake. A surreal, absurd mystery that involves crime and a detectives but also littered with conspiracies and multiple little plots that come together because of the conspiracy. Thanks!
