Something like This Present Darkness but not so preachy. I’m looking for books that have angels and demons involved in human affairs, demonic possession, battles between angels and demons, lots of Christian mythology and cool stuff. What I don’t want is a book that’s too rigid or dogmatic. It can’t be *too* difference from actual religious belief, because then it’d just be a different thing (for example, the show *Supernatural* has vampires and werewolves, that’s too far for me). The characters can be devout fundamentalist believers, but the author should not be. I think I want “Christian” fiction but for a non-Christian. Also, if there is a name for whatever genre this is (if any actually exist), I’d love to know it. 😀
