Have you read other works by Austen? My personal favourite is Persuasion.
North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell is good but has more of a slow burn.
There’s Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, though the vibe is a bit different from P&P.
A Room with a View by E.M. Forster. This one is set in the early 1900s rather than the 19th century.

I also second *Persuasion* – one of my faves. The original movie from 1995 is wonderful, too.
Have you read *Wives and Daughters* by Elizabeth Gaskell? “The daughter of a country doctor copes with an unwanted stepmother, an impetuous stepsister, burdensome secrets, the town gossips, and the tug on her own heartstrings for a man who thinks of her only as a friend.” It was also made into a BBC miniseries in 1999 which is very good.

Ivanhoe by Sir Walter Scottt
The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Orczy
You also have your pick of Georgette Heyer’s Regency romances
