Hi all,
Writing here for the first time. I am member of our local book club. Book club exists for 4-5 years already but we struggled last year a lot. Main problem is that we had a string of books which were… well, bad can be strong word, but let’s say books were uninspiring. And it is not only mine opinion. With that in mind, I’d like to prepare myself for next cycle, before people start abandon book club.
My question is, can someone recommend me a book similar to “Flowers for Algernon”?
I struggle to find book such immersive like that one. You know the feeling, when you simply cannot stop reading until you are done.
