Need help finding some good romance + organized crime books that ACTUALLY has a good crime plot please!!

Excuse this oncoming rant but OMFG do you know how many “mafia” romance books lure me in with sweet words in the description only for it to say anything about a mafia like ONCE in the beginning and then radio silence?? Literally just romance with the ocasional gun waved around like it’s a toy. CMON YALL I WANT BLOOD I WANT RIVALRIES LACED WITH DEATH I WANT KIDNAPPINGS AND I WANT THE ROMANCE AND PLOT TO ACTUALLY HAVE SUBSTANCE!!!! AND ABOVE ALL, A BADASS FEMALE LEAD. DID I MENTION I WANT BLOODSHED BECAUSE I WANT BLOODSHED BRO.

Christ almighty PLEASSSEEE! I get furious just thinking about the amount of books that have betrayed me into thinking it was actually gonna be something good. Do I gotta write my own damn book just to get my fix or what because I’m having such a hard time finding anything worthwhile. PLEASE HELP ME I will forever be in your debt!!
