I’m looking for some books on cognitive distortions, specifically identifying them and then coping with them. I’ve gotten better with identifying anxiety spirals recently (thanks therapist) but am trying to get better with stopping/slowing them down. I would be interested in any books in the vein.
Already in my TBR, if anyone has read these and wants to chime in on them:
• Beyond the Spiral by Will Hutcherson
• Unfu*k Yourself by Gary John Bishop
• Overcoming Anticipatory Anxiety by Sally M Winston
• Not Nice by Aziz Gazipura
I know those aren’t all strictly about anxiety, but I figured I’d throw them in for the heck of it.

It’s a journal, not book, but I find this really practical and helpful: https://shop.therapynotebooks.com/products/anti-anxiety-notebook having it in a real journal makes me more likely to use it!
