I’ve learned a little about them and find their spreading of Christianity pre and post Columbus very interesting.
I’m especially interested in them doing this in Asia and South America, but I am interested in it all.
Can anyone suggest some good nonfiction books on this topic? It can be very specific or comprehensive, I’m open to anything!

There are two books by Liam Brockey that might interest you. One is called [The Visitor: André Palmeiro and the Jesuits in Asia](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/21878136-the-visitor?from_search=true&from_srp=4NmiUwZ3Qw&qid=2) and is about a Jesuit charged with inspecting missions in places like Mozambique and Japan.
The other is [Journey to the East: The Jesuit Mission to China, 1579-1724](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/346639.Journey_to_the_East?from_search=true&from_srp=4NmiUwZ3Qw&qid=3) and is basically what the title says.
