Finished Count of Monte Cristo

I know a lot of you will go not another Monte Cristo post but I have been dying to tell someone about it. I was completely hooked throughout the book loved how everything mentioned before was used in the end. While I was happy at some point and at the end I was horrified at what count did, initially I felt bad for count and at end I ended up feeling bad for evryone involved. I am still in shock what happened with villefort although I feel because count realised he had done too much he let dangler get easily away. Dumas does an amazing job at making reader realise how far count had gone and how revenge affects not only the people who are involved in the fight but those too who are connected to them. At the end I realised that while fernand, dangler and villefort got what they deserved but it was more important for count to live life instead he ended up hurting himself too(not have your revenge is a very difficult thing when everything you had has been taken away from you). At last I will say if you are afraid of its size because of busy schedule then whenever you have a two week vacation, give it a go those 2 week will be one of best vacation of your life
