I recently watched the new Shogun series and I loved it. I know the show is based off a book however I’m looking for something similar to the series around the shogun/samurai era. It can be fiction, non-fiction or partly both.

Obviously you know it’s a book but the series followed it quite closely and I loved both the book and series.
