Honestly been a while since I read a book from front to back but I genuinely think at this point I enjoy reading books about people’s lives. I read A Monk Swimming by Malachy McCourt and liked that. I plan on reading something about Anthony Bourdain as well.
Looking for some suggestions. Thanks!

I’m glad my mom died is great
The Liars Club by Mary Karr is one of my all time favorites. And Angela’s Ashes by Frank McCourt and Amy Blooms latest memoir come to mind. Oh and A Fade of Light is a great graphic novel memoir.
Charlie Louvin’s “Satan is Real” is a wild ride. Goes deep into early country music history. For what it’s worth, my cousin hates country and loved it. Those guys grew up TOUGH.

My fave is Open by Andre Agassi
American Sniper by Chris Kyle is a good one!
Not an entire biography but The Greatest Beer Run Ever is also a good book about the author’s trip to Vietnam for the sole purpose of delivering American beer to his buddies.
