I just recently got into reading back in February and before that I’d only ever read one book front to cover. So I’ve been reading cute romance comedies and some thrillers with romance. I’ve loved them. I recently joined a book club and one of the books this month is SOOOO hard for me to get into I’ve picked it up probly damn near 30 times over the last 2 weeks and I can barley make it threw a chapter at a time. it’s a series and I started being curious so I looked up the genre and it’s spicy romance.I haven’t made it that far in, I’m only 120 pages in. I’m a super fast reader finish 500 page books in 3 to 5 days. but this book I just can’t get into and I can’t figure out why!
Was curious if anyone else ever experienced this?
