I’m F [22] who’s been through a crazy busy time in college. Now that things have settled down, I’m struggling to find my motivation again. I need your help in finding a book that can inspire me and give me a fresh perspective.
I’m a beginner when it comes to self-help books, so I’m looking for something easy to read. I want a book that can help me overcome burnout, understand myself more, improve my interactions with people, and get my mindset back on track.
Here are a few books that I already have on my to-read list:
1. “Essentialism” by Greg McKeown
2. “Stillness is the Key” by Ryan Holiday
3. “Ego is the Enemy” by Ryan Holiday
4. “The Obstacle is the Way” by Ryan Holiday
5. “Burnout” by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski
