Let me explain. Most enemies to lovers are, in my view, rivals to lovers. I’m looking for books where the main characters want to kill each other and are prepared to do it!
I want them to be willing, despite their love, to kill each other for the cause they’re defending! They are enemies!
Do you have any books like that?
Where there’s no “yes, but they’re not the real villains as we’ve always been led to believe” understanding. I’m looking for a real enemy relationship, where love is almost impossible given the context.
