“Meatworld” books. Like the game Scorn and movie Existenz

Hi all,

Are there sci fi books where technology is biologys? I guess the term is biotech(?)

Meaning what we achieved using metals and rocks, they did it using biotech: Their crains are like dinos and they have engeneerd plane sized birds for travel etc.

Ya ba, da ba, indeed, doo! But in a sci fi universe you see?

The enviroment being bio is also welocme as in whole meat planest etc.
