When you have a thought that just won’t get out of your head, how do you sit down and focus on reading?
I struggle with this a lot, and it’s the biggest reason I don’t read too much right now. It seems like whether I’ll be able to focus on a book without worrying about anything is totally dependent on my mood, and I’d like to be able to read whenever I want to and not rely on the whims of my subconscious. Does anyone have any experience with this?
