Hi all
I’m off on holiday soon and looking for some recommendations to take with me. I’m happily single and I’d love to read some books where the female lead character is just happily getting on with life and at no point does the next door neighbour / gardener / bus driver etc look at her wistfully. I’d love to read something where being in a romantic or toxic relationship just isn’t in the story.
I like pretty much everything from light-hearted to horror so open to any recommendations.
