Hey,
looking for a single long book with an epic journey where I can really commit to the characters as I like character driven books. I don’t wanna trilogy, **has to be one single book**, obv about 800-900 pages or more. I’m not really looking for one specific genre but no romance or vampires.
Didn’t like Carrion Comfort and The Terror by Dan Simmons, Boy’s Life by Robert McCammon was okay. I think I read most of the well known classics. The Count of Monte Cristo would fit into this criteria, read it and loved it.
