A book set in South America

For a reading challenge.

I tend to be drawn to historical fiction, clean romance, mysteries, and fantasy. I am open to books normally aimed at any age from about 10 and up.

I don’t want anything in the horror genre or that will leave me feeling heavy. I think I will probably pick a fiction book, but if someone has a great biography to recommend, I would consider that as well!
