What would you suggest to me? I loved 1984, 12 Monkeys, The Status Civilization et cetera
basically Nazi like groups dystopias I would also like conspiracy non fiction (well that usually is debatable) books as well. Basically what O’Brien tells “boot stamping on a human face forever” I like reading those
*Animal Farm*, also by Orwell, is definitely worth reading if you liked *1984*. It’s much lighter and less soul-crushing in tone than *1984*, but it’s still a powerful depiction of totalitarianism that has you heartbroken and fuming by the end.
Other classic and particularly disturbing dystopian novels are Yevgeny Zamyatin’s *We*, Aldous Huxley’s *Brave New World*, Ray Bradbury’s *Fahrenheit 451*, Margaret Atwood’s *The Handmaid’s Tale*, and Alan Moore’s and David Lloyd’s *V for Vendetta*.
