Im fairly young (12yo) and i wanna start reading novels not only to pass time but also to up my vocabulary. I’ve only read books for school like Freak the Mighty (which I really enjoyed btw). Or Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. A novel that I’d be into would prob be a little fantasy and comedy. I also like romance but I think those type of books are usually smutty so maybe not (but if you have one that isn’t smutty i’ll check it out). I don’t mind a serious vibe at all as long as it doesn’t make me want to jump off a bridge. I also don’t mind tragedies.(if you recommend me one don’t say that it’s a tragedy) Might sound weird but crying after reading a good book sounds like nirvana so i’d like something emotional. I wanna have lots of fun reading it but nothing too childish. Something very creative and never thought of before. It doesn’t matter how many pages there are cuz as long as it’s a fun read, i’ll read it till the end. Also if it helps I LOVE One Piece, I also like Bleach so if you got a book like those I’ll check it out. I’d say my vocab is of the average joe so don’t recommend me “step into reading” books

Media I like: a little fantasy, funny, i don’t mind serious at all, nor do i mind tragedies or romance, creative never thought of before, emotional. Something like one piece or bleach. It’s not limited to these btw if you have something you wanna share that doesnt fit into these, pray tell. I’ll check it out. 😁👍

Also I don’t mind “mature” topics like violence or gore or any of that. As long as it’s not a smut book, recommend it!!
