So I’ve just taken up reading again recently and loved atomic habits. I’ve realised recently that as a person I’m committed… but usually about 85% (eat well, often eat that little bit too much. Exercise often, cut workouts short but just 1 exercise often.. list goes on). Can anyone recommend books around motivation or routine or commitment etc? Along the lines of grinding or sticking to what you commit too etc!! Thanks heaps
