A couple series:
The magic treehouse were the first chapter books I ever read, I was obsessed with them and when I finally graduated to the bigger ones like the sea serpent and Camelot ones I was so hype.
I was like 9 or 10 when deathly hallows came out and had seen the first 3 or 4 Harry potter movies, but seeing my mom and then brother and then dad all finish deathly hallows in like 36 hours total after they went to the midnight release made me start sorcerers stone, and I think I finished the entire series within 2 months. I loved Harry potter (still do but less obsessively) and re read them probably every other year up until I went to college.
Percy Jackson was just elite, they were coming out when I was in middle school and everyone I knew read them and loved them.
American chillers were another favorite series of mine and I ended up going to johnathan rands camp 2 years and got to know him really well. I think I got the first like 35 or so of those books.
I always loved Star Wars but stuck mostly to the movies, and mandalorian. I heard a lot about the very first legends series heir to the empire and just gave it a shot and loved it. It put me in a big Star Wars kick which led me to watch rebels and clone wars which are 2 of my favorite shows to ever exist now.
