I’ve been having trouble finishing a book for a long time until I read a recommendation on this sub about project Hail Mary. Oh man, I couldn’t let it go. Now that I’ve finished it, I want to start another book that will keep me motivated to keep going as project Hail Mary did (doesn’t have to be science fiction, any genre will do)

You could try the Martian by Weir also. You’d definitely enjoy it. Dark Matter by Blake Crouch.
well, there’s The Martian.
But the other ones that come to mind are The Bobiverse and The Wayfarer Series
I loved Demon Copperhead! Absolutely could not put it down! Got me out of my reading funk
Ready Player One by Ernest Clint
Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card
Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton (slow at start but very hard to put down once it gets going)
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
Murderbot Diaries by a mile.
