Please suggest me a self help book or perhaps books for some in extreme debt, completely broke, facing eviction, suffering from depression and anxiety, unemployed, no close friends, suffering from trauma from a past relationship, just anything for someone who’s hit rock bottom to try and get out

I don’t know if there’s a single book like this, or maybe it would take a few, but I’m looking for a book or books that can help me navigate the crisis that is my life. I don’t think I have any area of my life that is not in crisis. Trying to get out of it and going at it mostly alone. Could use guidance from a book or book(s)
