HI! I am looking for any recommendations for novels or series which are based directly on urban legends (or creepypastas, the internet’s version of urban legends.) For example, Say Her Name by Juno Dawson based on the urban legend of Bloody Mary appearing in mirrors, I Know What You Did Last Summer by Lois Duncan based on urban legends of hook-weilding killers.
I am looking for some primary reading for a paper I am doing in grad school for an MA in Children’s Lit.
