Both of this writers I’ve read their extended works and I quite enjoyed the ones that dealt with high school romances/early college romances. Eleanor and Park, Fangirl, Looking for Alaska, Let it Snow, we’re all quite enjoyable. Can anyone suggest any other books by other authors that are similar to these books? I like the younger adult romances that aren’t afraid to show teenagers acting like real people, but aren’t overly depressing (The Fault in Our Stars is wonderful but I like happier stories). Compelling stories about average teenagers/young adults.
Edit; I mean suggest me a book about a high school, college romance .

Normal People by Sally Rooney.
Now Is Not The Time To Panic by Kevin Wilson is really good.
It’s more about friendship between two kids, because they clearly seem to like each other, but are just too weird and awkward to do anything about it. They’re just these weird kids who come up with this idea to start putting up posters around town because they were bored, and it spirals out of control into a national phenomena.
One of the characters has a kind of messed up home life, but there are no dying kids or anything like that.
It might not be what you’re looking for, because the whole premise is that the main character is aroace, but [Loveless](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/5c7ee9d4-dccc-4a8d-af08-884e2007df09) by Alice Oseman has similar vibes, I think.
I know it’s out of season, but you said Let It Snow and I thought Dash and Lily’s Book of Dare by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan. It’s kind of Christmas/wintery.
