chill, slice of life typa books w/loneliness or solitude? (no fantasy, magical realism whatsoever)
Like Murukami’s novels, but w/o magical realism. I’ve also read a lot of JP lit like this (convenience store woman, kitchen, days in the morisaki bookshop, etc.)
