Books to give to professors as thank you

Hello all, after spending 2 1/2 incredible years with my professors in earning my doctoral degree, I want to give them each a book with a couple other things as a thank you. A few ideas I had off the top of my head were “the Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse”, “Chop Wood, Carry Water”, possibly “the Giving Tree”. I was curious if anyone had other ideas of more simplistic even children’s books that have good messages as a way to thank them for their support, guidance, and friendship? Thanks in advance!! 🙂
