Leadership books for women.

Both my wife and I are avid readers.

I’m looking for suggestions for books for my wife that are similar in nature but from a woman’s perspective. Think Extreme Ownership.

Doesn’t have to be geared toward being a hardass, but something more from a woman’s perspective with examples/stories that she can associate with. Thank you!
