I lost my mum fairly suddenly about a year And a half ago And I found myself feeling incredibly lost within my job, my life in general and within my relationship. Nothing is inherently wrong that I can see or tell but everything feels off and so I am looking for a book to help deal with all the big feelings I have around my mum and my life at the moment. I want to start feeling like me again even if it’s not the same version of myself that I was before her illness and death. Does anyone have any suggestions for books that are either life-changing and have been life-changing for you or books that help with the overall grieving process when you lose your mum?
