I live on my own, my friends are somewhat absent now they’ve all grown up and got partners and families and such and found my life has turned into somewhat of a dull routine of work, home, work home. I have so many goals and aspirations in life but I can’t bare to even go to the park by myself, I imagine this is a fairly common problem and I often find reading about peoples experiences helpful. I’m 25M if that helps?
Any help finding a suitable book would be greatly appreciated.
