The are YA novels but the Percy Jackson books are good.
Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman. He also wrote American Gods which references many mythological figures.
I can’t recall the names but Stephen Fry has written some about greek myths people seem to enjoy
The Palace of Illusions and The Forest of Enchantments both feature Indian mythology
*Mythology* by Edith Hamilton is the first thing that came to mind.

Robert Graves: the Greek Myths.
Homer: the Odyssey, the Iliad (don’t settle for less, with a prose translation these are highly readable for anyone over the age of about 12)
The Norse Myths by Kevin Crossley-Holland
Robin Hood by Roger Lancelyn Green
The Mabinogion and the History (not!) of the Kings of Britain by Geoffrey of Monmouth
The Long Dark Tea Time of the Soul by Douglas Adams.
