I obsessively think about the future and all of the worst case scenarios, and try to set up back up plans for every single aspect in my life. This keeps me up at night, and annoys my partner because all I talk about are “hypothetical” scenarios as he puts it. It’s made me a negative person overall, and just so anxious about what the future might hold.
Any book recommendations on how to tackle this will be appreciated!
