I was reading everyday from February to May, I’ve read so many books but now I don’t feel like reading. I recently read tender is the flesh and had a lot of fun reading that, but now I don’t know what to read. I have a fantasy book but I don’t feel like reading it. I got the terror on my kindle but I guess it starts out so boring.
I want to read again, but I don’t know where to start or what to pick. I don’t know what books to read to get me back into reading again. I usually like romance, horror, and fantasy but I lean towards darker stories.
If I read some novellas will I ever go back to reading long books again? I’m just so lost on what to read.
I know this is a more personal experience thing, but what book(s) could get me out of a reading slump?

    1. Reading short novellas helps when you don’t want to read larger books. It’s just a matter of how much time and energy you have. You are just tired. You will read larger books when you have more energy and time to do so, and something short and fun can help.

If you like fantasy and dark stories, I recommend checking out Elric of Melniboné (Or any fantasy story by Michael Moorcock, they are kinda connected) and Conan the Barbarian (Or probably anything by Robert E. Howard). They are short, very fun, easy to read and rest.
