A book that is a thriller but a little scarier.

I want a book that’s a thriller but a just a bit scary with a good plot twist. I read “The Silent Patient” it was an ok plot twist it wasn’t the best. I could go without reading it again might pick up again but it’s gonna be a while. I also loved Stephen Kings “Misery” it left me feeling kind of weird but it gave me a good anxious feeling when reading. I don’t want it to be paranormal just pure thriller suspense type that is disturbing. I’m new to the thriller world but I want to get more into different genres than my usual ones.
