What a phenomal read! The concept was original and I love how the author discuss female empowerement in a setting where men seems to have all the power.
The book is funny and witty. I found that there were many characters and at time it became confusing. However I loved learning more about India, the cast system and the inner working of the system. I also loved Geeta, the main character, she was realistic, at time infuriating, but she also represent women around the world who survive abused and try to go on with their lives.
I highly recommend it!
