I’m going to be on a 12 hour (each way) road trip next week. I’m looking for a fiction book (or two) to listen to during the drive and while on the beach. My last two reads were Stephen King’s Under the Dome and The Shining. Some other books I’ve read over the last 6 months and loved were The Pillars of the Earth, Shogun, Lonesome Dome, and 11/22/63. Based on my recent reading history, do you have any suggestions that you would recommend for me for the long road trip and beach time?
