Suggest me a book about a fallen female character

Ideally about a woman who leads a ‘normal’ life and falls deep into the dark bottom and then tries to get back to life. Preferably the ‘fall to bottom’ would involve the complete loss of self control, diving deep into sexual encounters, losing her set of values and wasting herself just to later ‘wake up’ from that and try to get back new fulfilling life.
