My grandfather’s mother just passed, and he, my mother, and I are going to be driving 14 hours to her service in a few days. We all like different types of books though we all read a lot. He likes: Tom Clancy, westerns, adventure stories. She likes: romance, thrillers, Colleen Hoover and Sarah J. Mass. I like: nonfiction, sci-fi, Octavia Butler. The only thing I can think of is some narrative nonfiction a la Jon Krakauer? But I’m not sure. Nothing too depressing, obviously. Suggestions would be appreciated!
