I have OCD and a fear of death. What non fiction books will cheer me up and lessen my fears?

Anything by Caitlin Doughty (a mortician), but I really recommend her book From Here to Eternity. Takes a look at the burial practices of different cultures around the world in a really cheery, thoughtful way. She’s fantastic. Very comforting outlook/reflections.
