I'm currently reading The Green Mile and have The Shining and The Shadows waiting to be read. Getting back into reading and I really like the horror genre!
If you want more of King and something that will last you for a while, although not really horror, then read The Stand (my favourite King novel), or IT. You can also go with the classics such as The Exorcist, Frankenstein or Dracula.
